Refund policy
At Photobooth Décor, we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes, circumstances change or unforeseen issues may arise. As a result, we have created a comprehensive and fair refund policy that accommodates the needs of our customers while adhering to our commitments as a drop shipping business.
Please take a moment to review our refund policy below:
General Return Policy
For Props: Unused items in their original wrapping can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee.
For Backdrops: These are custom-made to order and are not eligible for returns.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@photoboothdecor.com as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel your order and provide a full refund, provided your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (Exception to the general 30-day return policy for Props). Send an email to support@photoboothdecor.com with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. Once your claim has been verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (Exception to the general 30-day return policy for Props) at support@photoboothdecor.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending the correct item(s) or providing a refund, depending on the specific situation.
Change of Mind Returns
For Props: Returns accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original wrapping.
For Backdrops: Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors like customs clearance and weather conditions. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@photoboothdecor.com for assistance. In cases where an order is lost in transit or delivery is significantly delayed, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions
Please note that customized or personalized products, as well as items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable," are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Custom Orders and Restocking Fee:
All backdrops are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of the product, custom-printed backdrops (and other customized fabric products) are not eligible for refund. If Photobooth Décor does agree to refund a custom order for any reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving the returned merchandise, but only once Photobooth Décor has inspected and cleared the merchandise of damage.
Print Colors and Print Color Matching:
Colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
